2022 Global Workforce Symposium Event
Approximate Session Duration: 1 hour
CE Credits Available: 1 GMS, 1 CRP
Description:Over the past 12 months, Cartus has found that organizations are continuing to prioritize DE&I and are taking action to align these priorities with existing policies and processes across the company. Given the challenges and opportunities discovered along the way, this innovative, inclusive, and interactive workshop is designed to help find solutions to push our industry forward in the DE&I sphere. Incorporating core/flex policy with employee choice/empowerment into your mobility program is a great start, but how do you ensure that less-represented employees feel included and find the resources they need? How do you establish a sense of belonging for your talent beyond your policy and program design? How do immigration limitations in key locations drive your DE&I mobility strategy in new directions? Is your team gaining confidence in their ability to act as an ally to your organization’s diverse talent and to ensure mobility opportunities are expanding? In this workshop, we join Lisa Johnson and corporate discussion leaders for an energetic session that takes the conversation beyond the low-hanging fruit (e.g., updating pronouns in policy) and explores truly transformative steps you can take regardless of where your company is on their DE&I journey. Combining Cartus thought leadership with the experiences of organizations making progress in the DE&I mobility space, we explore different ways for companies to commit to ongoing change that results in their employees feeling a strong sense of belonging within their global mobility experience.
