Global parking has become an increasingly relevant solution to global visa challenges, especially in response to the U.S. immigration climate. Temporarily transferring an employee to an entity in a different country can help retain talent and buy time until visa issues can be resolved. However, successful parking experiences are contingent upon transparent cross-functional partnerships.
