In this session we will take a deep dive into how the role of global mobility professionals are changing to embrace the new Work From Anywhere culture that has dramatically increased as a result of the pandemic. We will also review the Employer of Record solution and how it can be used by mobility professionals and overall talent management worldwide. Additionally, when EOR is not a good fit, permanent establishment risk considerations and if/when it may be more beneficial to establish a legal entity as well as what that process can look like.
