The recent jury verdict in the Sitzer/Burnett class action lawsuit has resulted in stakeholders across the real estate sector and connected industries, including talent industry, reevaluating their processes and practices, and looking at changes related to the buyer broker compensation. These changes will result in significant changes across talent mobility industry, including but not limited to RMC commission practices, company policy requirements, and additional financial costs to be borne by transferring employees and/or their company.
