Over the past decade, many have been told to brace their programs for unpredictable changes in global immigration trends.  In this session, attendees learned how to stop reacting to change and start leading it by aligning their U.S. and global immigration programs—unlocking more opportunities for their foreign national workforce and reducing headaches for their teams.  Participants joined an interactive discussion on aligning U.S. and global immigration programs with a panel of experienced immigration attorneys and in-house global mobility leaders, each sharing their unique insights on leading and expanding global immigration programs at different stages of company growth.

This conversation provided a core framework for aligning U.S. and global immigration programs, ensuring a positive experience for foreign national employees while achieving key organizational goals such as cost containment, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.

In the first half of the session, two in-house global mobility leaders from leading technology companies, alongside their experienced U.S. and global immigration attorneys, walked through their playbooks for achieving program alignment during phases of global hyper-growth. The group shared the challenges they faced and the practical strategies and tactics that drove success for their organizations.

In the second half, the panel tackled real-world scenarios and pain points brought up by the audience, offering tailored insights, guidance, and actionable solutions.
