There is often a disconnect between what companies provide candidates to deliver appropriate support for a move and competitive incentives compared to what employees say they need. Despite the availability of best practices and survey data, this disconnect remains a challenging issue to overcome.

In this session, presenters discussed the puzzle of competing priorities—balancing care and cost, flexibility, consistency, and equity—using stories and statistics from recent industry surveys alongside decades of experience in creating and optimizing mobility programs. Corporate speakers shared their stories of transformation, and participants worked in breakout groups to explore various solutions and actions through case studies.
